IntegriTest provides software for Integrated Testing Coordinators to plan, execute, and deliver CAN/ULC-S1001 integrated systems testing reports. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it. We aim to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Who we are

IntegriTest (“we”, “us”) operates the application at www.ist1001.ca. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@ist1001.ca.

What we collect

We do not ask for or store passwords — sign-in uses a one-time emailed link.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information or your report content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the service, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing it to us:

Where data is stored

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by the providers above. Some processing may occur outside Canada; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection wherever data is handled.

Retention

We keep your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Finalized reports may be retained as part of a building's permanent compliance record. You can request deletion as described below.

Your choices and rights

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), tenant isolation, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
