Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IntegriTest, software for planning, executing, and delivering CAN/ULC-S1001 integrated systems testing reports. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

IntegriTest (“we”, “us”) provides a web application at www.ist1001.ca for Integrated Testing Coordinators and their firms. The service is currently offered in private beta and may change as we develop it.

Accounts & eligibility

You need an account to use the application, created via a one-time emailed sign-in link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Access is currently limited to invited firms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the report content and files you enter (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display Your Content to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for having the right to share any personal information it contains (e.g., project participants).

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.
• Don't upload malware or content you have no right to share.

Professional responsibility & no warranty

IntegriTest is a documentation and workflow tool. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, and it does not provide engineering, legal, or compliance advice. The Integrated Testing Coordinator and other responsible parties remain solely responsible for the testing program, the accuracy and completeness of the report, and compliance with CAN/ULC-S1001, applicable codes, and the Authority Having Jurisdiction. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the service or on Your Content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Company Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. Finalized reports may be retained as part of a building's permanent compliance record.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
